Adams & Martin Group is partnering with a respected and well-established downtown San Diego law firm to identify a Senior Family Litigation Paralegal to support its Family Law practice group. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced professional with at least five years of family law litigation experience who thrives in a collaborative, fast-paced environment. Family Law Paralegal Key Responsibilities:

  • Apply advanced knowledge of California family law litigation procedures, including local rules, filing requirements, and statutory deadlines
  • Review, organize, and analyze financial, custody, and disclosure documents for divorce, parentage, support, and domestic violence matters
  • Draft and prepare pleadings, motions, requests for orders, declarations, discovery responses, settlement agreements, disclosures, and related correspondence
  • Coordinate and manage expert witnesses (including custody evaluators, forensic accountants, vocational evaluators, and appraisers), from scheduling through case preparation
  • Prepare written discovery, deposition materials, exhibit lists, subpoenas, and comprehensive trial preparation documents
  • Maintain case files and electronic records (including Eclipse), manage calendaring and service of process, and provide administrative support for hearings and trials
